ヒンズー教徒が牛丼屋に就職しない
イスラム教徒がトンカツ屋に就職しない
自由がある

日の丸と君が代が嫌なら、日本国の公務員にならない自由がある
それでも公務員になったのなら、職務命令には従うべき
