昨年４月から芸能活動を休止中の中島知子（40）。今月初めには、東京・渋谷にある自宅マンションの家賃65万円を半年間、合計約400万円も滞納していることが発覚した。その家主は俳優の本木雅弘（46）で、現在、訴訟準備中だという。

当の中島は家族と連絡を断ち、占い師の女性と同居している。その占い師に傾倒しきり、彼女は“洗脳”ともいえる状況にあるという。一部、スポーツ紙では、「中島が自宅で、顔全体にテープを貼り付けている。そして、手のひらにもテープをたくさん貼り付けて、顔を無表情で触っていた」という”奇行“も報じられているが……。

洗脳生活の果てに、“壊れてしまった”かのような中島。そんな彼女の姿を目の当たりにした人物がいた。

「実は昨年の年末ごろ、彼女と親しいお笑い芸人が、あのマンションを心配して訪ねたというんです。だが、そこにいたのは、かつての中島さんじゃなかったそうです。事前に電話でアポを入れたので、部屋にはすんなりと入れてもらえたみたいですが、彼を迎えたのは、同居しているという占い師の女性でした。部屋の中に入っていくと、中島さんはベッドに横たわっていたそうです」（芸能関係者）

明らかに異常な中島の様子。だが、自宅を訪れた芸人は、さらなるショックを受けることに――。

「彼は中島さんに『体は大丈夫？』とか『このままじゃ仕事がなくなっちゃうぞ』と、問いかけたそうです。それでも、彼女はひと言も口をきかず、ただ、虚ろな目で寝たまま天井をぼんやり見つめているだけだったというんですよ……」（前出・芸能関係者）

無言で意識も定かではないような中島に代わって、“同居”占い師が対応したという。

「彼は『中島の肌はボロボロで、かわいそうなくらいだった。健康的な生活ができていないのでは……。彼女の趣味は可愛いものが好きだったはずなのに、部屋はかなり殺風景ですっかり人が変わったようだった』と、ひどく心配していました」（前出・芸能関係者）
